Wisenex provides security with 5 levels of account verification depending on the sum:

Level 1: total amount not more than 300.00 EUR. Please, confirm the email address, submit photos of an id/passport, a card, a document confirming the actual address of residence

Level 2: The stage is available only after completing Stage 1.Please, add to a selfie with an id/passport

Level 3: 1,000.00 EUR to 2,500.00 EUR. Please, add a signed Credit Card Verification Form for all transactions made.

Level 4: number of transactions from 2,500.00 EUR. The maximum amount of successful deposits on the card per day: 10,000.00 EUR The maximum amount of successful deposits on the card per month: 30,000.00 EUR. The stage is available only after completing Stage 3. Please, add a signed Credit Card Verification Form for EACH transactions made)

Level 5: amounts for more than 30,000.00 EUR per month. The stage is available only after completing Stage 4. Please, add a signed PEP declaration,a source of funds and a source of wealth)

Requirements for photos and scanned copies:

1. All documents must be scanned from originals.

2. It is necessary to use only the document in which information is indicated in Cyrillic or Latin letters.

3. All scanned copies or photographs of documents:

• Will be accepted only in jpg or png formats
• Cutting the edges of the document is not allowed, all 4 corners of the document must be visible
• Must be colored
• Must be made on a plain background
• Documents should not be edited
• Should not contain scanning / photographing artifacts such as flash marks, blur
• Must not contain foreign objects or inscriptions that are not on the original document (for example, paper clips, pencils, fingers, etc.)
• Should be in good quality, with a resolution of 300dpi or more. The size of each file should be from 500kb to 5Mb. All details of the documents on the copy or photos should be visible. All copies and photos of documents with low resolution or poor quality will be rejected.
